The Attica State Benefit Concert

Continuing their trend of protest performances, John and Yoko appeared at the Apollo Theatre to play to the families of the 33 prisoners killed during the Attica State prison riot, backed by Jerry Rubin and two members of David Peel's Lower East Side. Their performance is mostly complete on John Lennon Anthology and further compilations, but is missing the performance of Sisters, O Sisters, which was later released on Yoko Ono's Youtube channel. 'Imagine' also appeared on the 2005 'Imagine: John Lennon' DVD.
